GroveFest – October 7: On October 7th, dance, eat, and party in the streets of The Grove during GroveFest. Admission includes unlimited beer, wine, spirits, and food (while supplies last) and benefits LESA’s member schools.
St. Louis Beer Fest – October 21: Don’t miss the St. Louis Beer Fest on October 21st. More than 40 local and national breweries will be there, offering 120 different beers for you to sample. Admission includes unlimited tastings and access to all the exhibits at the Saint Louis Science Center.
Fall Colors Expedition – October 21 and 22: Join Big Muddy Adventures on an unforgettable journey through the Missouri River Valley via canoe on October 21st and 22nd. This overnight expedition covers 30 miles of the Missouri River, offering incredible views of fiery fall foliage. Enjoy riverside tent camping, meals, and snacks. No paddling experience is needed, but participants must be 18 or older.
Apple Butter Festival – October 28 and 29: The Apple Butter Festival in Kimmswick, taking place on October 28th and 29th, attracts over 100,000 visitors every year. Enjoy the small-town ambiance, live entertainment, and over 500 food, drink, and craft vendors. Behind the scenes, the Kimmswick Historical Society prepares the apples, which are cooked in a kettle over a wood-burning fire to create the fragrant spread.
